OPEN HOUSE: Tuesday, May 10 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM. It is located at 2315 W 300 S, Bringhurst, IN 46913.
We use a "soft close." When a new bid is entered in the last 60 seconds, it will trigger an additional 60 seconds of bidding.
If 2 or more people place the same high bid, the first one entered will prevail. Highest bids will automatically advance to the next highest bid regardless of increments. Only the system knows the highest bids entered..
The successful bidder's credit card will be charged immediatly after the auction closes.
Each purchase will be assessed a 15% buyer premium. There is no sales tax.
