| Description |
Woodworking and household items. Most in nearly new or gently used condition. The items are housed in a climate controlled condition. Bidding is all online. Questions, please call Rineharts at 574-967-4195. How the bidding progresses: When a bidder enters the maximum bid they are willing to pay, their bid will only increase the set increment if a competeing buyer places a bid. If 2 or more people have placed a maximum bid, the program will automatically take the highest bid to the level required to be winning bid, and will go no higher. If 2 or more people place same maximum bid the program will select the first perosn to place that bid. There is a soft closing, lots close in 30 second intervals. If someone bids on a lot in last 30 seconds, it will trigger that lot an additional 60 seconds to close. Open houses Thursday August 6 from 4:00- 7:00 PM, also Saturday June 8, 9:00-12:00. Recommend bidders come to open house and view items. Thank you!

Auction Terms & Conditions The highest bidders credit card will be charged immediately upon completion. There is a 15% buyer's premium added. There is no sales tax. The winning bidder for the tractor will recieve a 5% rebate from Rineharts when picking up tractor. SORRY- CANNOT PROCESS INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS! We do not offer shipping. Pick up is at 7596 Homestead trail, Lafayette, IN. Wednesday 6/12/19 from 4:00- 8:00. Please make arrangements for this time. We highly recommend that you attend previews to see items on Thursday 6/6 from 4:00-7:00 and Saturday 6/8 from 9:00 - 12 noon. We do not supply labor or boxes. Thanks for bidding!
