Online Auction for Betty Armstrong Estate goes live Monday March 26, 2018. Open House preview at 105 E 3rd St, Burlington, IN is Thursday April 5, 4:00- 6:00 PM. Auction closes at 12 noon Friday April 6, 2018. Pick-up is Saturday April 7, 2018 9:00-12:00 noon. PLEASE bring your own boxes, labor to help load and be sure you are available at this time for pick up. Labor will not be provided. House is on market to sell, and can't guarantee your winning items after pick up time. There's a 10% buyer premium for each lot. Auction will have a soft close with approx. 30 seconds between lot closings. If another bid is entered then lot will stay open an additional 60 seconds. We do not ship and we do not take international bids, sorry. Winning bidder's credit card will be charged imediately after auction closes. We cannot remove bids. A lot of nice, newer items! PLEASE NOTE: Changed bid inctrements over $100.00- originally were too high. Thanks.
